Joanne Crowle - President/Founder

Joanne has been in the Interiorscape Industry for over thirty two years. She and her husband Bruce co founded their first Interiorscape Company in 1976 in Greenwich, CT.  They sold that business in 1990 only to start Atria, Inc. in 1994. As president Joanne is in charge of all staff management systems. Her responsibilities include all human resource functions including but not limited to employee screening, hiring, and management of employee benefits.  All company insurance issues are handled by Joanne, including  health, liability, auto, umbrella, and worker compensation insurance.  Her greatest asset is her ability to create a work environment where Atria's employees and customers feel positive about their dealings with management. She has demonstrated an outstanding ability to put management systems into place and to fine tune those systems as the company or the marketplace evolves.

Achievements:
Joanne and her husband have now created two of the region's largest Interiorscape companies, Decora, Inc. and Atria, Inc.  Both companies have been recognized nationally for outstanding projects. Built business image on high quality and consistent service and developed successful client base.  Won 20 National Awards for design, installation and outstanding service.
