Rit Yedziniak - Director of Horticultural Services

Rit joined Atria as our service manager in 2006 after spending ten years in the field of Information Technology in management and leadership positions.  After providing computer and network support for Atria for several years, we were well aware of Rit's ability to solve multiple critical issues and maintain effective communication.  Knowing these attributes made it easy to fill the position of Director of Horticultural Services.  Although Rit was new to the world of plants and interiorscaping, his past experiences in the service industry and the corporate environment has made it a smooth transition. 

Achievements:
Rit has earned many certifications in Information Systems and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.  He has been employed by a local municipality as a Network Administrator.  In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of the town's computers and networks.  He has also worked nation-wide leading and participating in many high profile network projects.  From his experience as field-service technician and service manager for a technical consulting and repair firm, he has learned effective time and route management.  In addition to his position as service manager with Atria, he is also responsible for maintaining the reliability and integrity of Atria's Information Systems.
